Getting Help

VPAC is committed to ensuring that all its users are fully supported so that they receive the maximum benefit from VPAC's HPC facilities and services. VPAC's Help Desk is the first port of call for users wishing to make an enquiry about a cluster or sort out a user issue. VPAC also offers a number of Training Courses and Tutorials aimed at equipping its users with the necessary skill sets for high performance computing.

Forward an email to help@vpac.org describing your problem, the machine you are utilising and any possible error messages you may have received. If email is not available to you, contact 613 9925 4410.

Tutorials
VPAC provides a range of tutorials and general information; documentation is available at the Tutorials section of this website.

Connecting to VPAC
VPAC logon users occasionally need assistance.
