Obesity is fast becoming one of Australia’s greatest health challenges. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, in 2008, 61.4% of the Australian population are either overweight or obese.

To support the opening of the new Obesity clinic at RMH, this project was developed to provide a web-based clinical application to electronically record patient data that could be utilized for both patient care and further research.

The technologies which are involved in this project are: C#.Net, JQuery, nHibernate, Restful Services, AJAX, HTML, XML, Java Script and HL7.
