VPAC's multidisciplinary workforce supplies all the skills necessary to support advanced technology Research and Development projects. Our agile structure and the synergies generated by our established areas of expertise also allow us to confidently embark on projects in new domains.

Research and Development projects may draw upon services delivered by VPAC that include:

• Supercomputing management and consulting
• Software development
• Visualisation and collaboration environments

A R&D project may draw upon a mix of these services, or require additional services. As demonstrated, VPAC is strongly positioned to augment established services with new offerings.

Management

VPAC works with clients to properly scope their needs, identify risks, and quantify the value of R&D activities. VPAC staff are trained in project management and many are undertaking Project Management Institute approved Level 4 certification.

VPAC leverages the capabilities of a suite of management software tools to record, share and collaborate on management functions.
