Karen is responsible for the delivery of special projects with special operational requirements at VPAC. The position will also play an important role in improving upon the services that VPAC currently provide to it's members, State Government and Industry. Formerly, the Business Manager of VPAC supporting the Chief Executive Officer, Karen's role was primarily responsible for VPAC's operating business infrastructure. Karen has extensive private industry experience in financial, marketing, corporate governance and administration management. She has been involved in the start up of several businesses and has instituted quality assurance programs and effective contract negotiations and monitoring for large infrastructure projects. She was appointed by VPAC in September 2000.
