Lev is a Systems Administrator, starting with VPAC in September 2007. Prior to VPAC he had worked as a systems administrator for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in Timor-Leste and as a computer systems trainer for the Parliament of Victoria. He is an honours graduate from Murdoch University in Politics, Philosophy and Sociology and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and a Masters of Business Administration (Technology) from the Chifley Business School, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from NMIT. He is an accredited PRINCE2 Practitioner.
