Melvin Luong is a Software Developer at VPAC, working in a variety of different software development projects in the area of Health Informatics. Graduate in 2007 from Monash University with a Bachelor of Computing, Melvin specializes in Microsoft .NET technologies but has a keen interest in other development platforms specifically in Web Applications.
